The best resource for xmpp web apps This is the best resource I have found relating to xmpp and in particular writing JavaScript web applications using strophe. It is FULL of inspiration and actually explains how several popular xmpp based web apps work, I had a eureka moment several times in the first two days of looking through the book and suddenly realising how simple some realtime web apps are to make.It is also worth noting that because xmpp as a technology is rapidly evolving strophe has already had some new features since the book was written which only make things easier and better, also Jack Moffitt is one of the most helpful people I've chatted with, I can't imagine many people running a bosh gateway for anyone to develop against.This book is also explains a number of xmpp technologies extremely well, for example I already understood pubsub in general, but Jack's explanations have really helped me to understand how to better use it.Overall a 100% MUST have xmpp book. Informative but way too much filler and fluff
